Bryan Hayes
President/CEO
Bryan Hayes grew up in Minnesota. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business and an MBA from St. Thomas University. He has represented the United States as one of 26 entrepreneurs at the Franco-American Entrepreneur Summit of 2004 in Paris, France. In 1992, Bryan Hayes founded Mendota Electric, Inc. with his brother Doug. He also maintains co-ownership of Mendota Electric Service, LLC. With fourteen years working for Mendota Electric, Inc. and in the industry, Mr.Hayes is a certified Master Electrician. As an innovative and dynamic entrepreneur, he is always looking for new ways to streamline the project management process while empowering people.

Mike Busch
Estimator & Project Manager
Mike comes to MEI with 25+ years in sales and customer service. For 16 years he worked for a large distribution company as a National accounts manager. He worked extensively with building customer relations and bringing projects in on time. He is a graduate of St. Cloud State with a degree in business. At MEI he is in charge of project sales and coordinating all of our jobs.

Patty Kelly
Patty Kelly has been with MEI since September 1998. She manages and coordinates the residential service
department. She handles office management tasks and, with her degree in accounting, does a lot of
the bookkeeping for the company.
